We keep on trying to improve and advance our programs, so that you can improve your productivity on the computer- we really want your counter to be as efficient and trouble-free as possible. Any suggestions or comments are welcome, we want you to never regret choosing one of our point-of-sale products for your computer software. Yearly support is $249 (plus sales tax for Tennessee residents) for Movie MAX, $129 for Gold and $99 per year for the SHOP. This includes unlimited phone support and unlimited updates either by mailed disks or from this website.
Software support is free for the first 120 days with all of our programs, and we take and return support calls Monday through Friday, 9 am to 9 pm EST. (After all, a Friday night when the computer goes down is when you need help the most.)
With support, if you need an update or replacement CD, just give us a call or send us an email and we'll send you the latest Movie MAX, Gold or theSHOP disks right away. You can also download updates from this website anytime.
Software Support: What is it?
Software support is training, answering questions and solving problems, whether that means fixing or adding something in a program, finding out what's going on when you weren't there, or helping you track down potential problems that our software has identified in your store. We will take all the time necessary to get to the root of anything, and we don't mind waiting while you're waiting on a customer yourself. We'll always listen to you, and we'll take whatever action needed to make sure your software runs smoothly and trouble-free.
Making the computers on your counter work for your store can be a strange and complex business, but we're doing all we can to make things work right.
