  We've been selling and servicing computers to video stores and tanning salons since 1984. We've outsold all other video store programs in Nashville, Chattanooga, and Knoxville, Tennessee. We sell and service barcode readers, cash drawers, receipt printers and Okidata printers.

We have to date nearly 500 installations, mostly video stores and tanning salons, and our customer satisfaction is high. Many of our customers up to this point have come to us by word-of-mouth or repeat business. We've never actively pursued marketing very much, preferring to concentrate on developing a superior product and fulfilling our obligations to our existing customers.

Our software is all written to be as fast as possible and as easy-to-use as possible. We routinely fix or add beneficial things that our customers call to our attention.

Since we've always serviced retail stores exclusively, we're very familiar with the operation and problems encountered by these types of businesses. We're not some faceless computer guys that know more about playing computer games than the industries we work with.
